Well done Jason Stroud.
4 NZ records 3 of which were world records has to be a day to remembered.

These results are amazing when one considers that Jason has done this by himself virtually.
The only help we gave him was to tell him what pace he had to beat and then we only gave him the NZ record pace not the world.
Had we realised that the world records were so close I think that Jason could have got more ie we just tell him the pace and know that he has the physical strength, endurance and mental stamina to do it.

The only down side to the above spectacular events was that Fuzz and Don's achievements on the day pale into insignificance however I will note them in case some of you are curious ):):):):):):):. Fuzz was 0.1sec off the 300M NZ record so we can expect some serious training in the next 3 months before the world champs in September.
We had great fun and picked up some medals (Those are those little round things you hang around your neck in case some of you have forgotten)
